In this topic you will find some information regarding <Core Formation>

Raiding in General

- General
We find it important that people come on the announced 25 man raid days. These days are mostly Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday & Monday. But this is always announced on the Guild Massage of the Day, this goes for all raids. Saturday and Tuesday are 'offdays' (tho often used for Karazhan - but this is orginized by members themselfs).
When members come to a raid we expect them to be fully potted and cashed up for possible incomming repairs. If you somehow didn't get the pots required the raidleader should be informed to maby help out the situation. However we really prefer members taking care of there own requirements, so it might be wise checking AH over-day instead of 5 min befor the raid invites. We also expect people that come into a raid to be able to raid to atleast 23:00. If not, yet again, the raidleader should be informed (befor the invites).

- PvE Progress (13-11-'07)
Karazhan:
Farm Status
Gruul's Lair: Farm Status
Magtheridon: Farm Status

TK:
Void Reaver:
Farm Status

SSC:
- Hydross:
Farm Status
- Lurker: Farm Status
- Tidewalker: Farm Status
- Fathom Lord: Farm Status
- Leotheras: Down

- Raid Days / Times
Currently we raid every day but saturday and tuesday, but sometimes if we got the people we still raid on these 2 official offdays. We raid from 19:30 till 23:00, and if the entire raid agrees we continue longer. We expect people to be on-line at a maximum of 19:00 on a raiding day, if you might be later we expect people to inform there raidleader. This is offcourse only the case if you can come.

- Loot information
We use DKP - but not in a standard form. We only give out DKP per hour (bosskills themselfs dont give DKP). This is done for the simple reason that we find it unfair that peolpe work night after night to get a boss, then miss the boss kill self and so miss out tons of DKP as well - even tho they maby worked even harder on it. DKP per hour is diffrend in every instance. Offcourse it can change during our progress, but as it stands now:

SSC & TK: 5 DKP per hour

Karazhan, Gruul's Lair & Magtheridon's Lair don't give nor use DKP,
there farming raids, used to gear some extra for SSC.

Items have a solid DKP price, the one with the most DPK gets it. Items do cost quite some to prevent people from taking tons of load the dont really need. The DKP is shown in your officer note - wich is done with QDKP (Mod).

Additional Guild information

In General
I'd like to add we do accept alts into the guild. At the moment we keep it at 1 alt per members, this might change in the future but nothing is sure.
And as final i'd like to add that we find it important that members are on-line in general. This doesn't mean we will check how often members are on-line, but in general we dislike members that come on-line around raiding time, raid, get possible loot, and log at 23:00 again. We feel they add nothing to our guild's progress and fun but care only for there own loot. Offcourse it's a diffrend case if people have to work, specially during the week, but if possible we hope people are more active then raids only Smile

Negative Counters
Because needed, we do have rules to prevent growing bad behaviour.

1. Raid Strikes
Whenever a raider downgrades the entire raid (ninjapulling a few times, AFK'ing for a long amount of time (without warning), leaving the raid early without pre-warning (unless its a emergency ofc) etc) he or she will recieve a Raid Strike. Each Raid Strike results in a loss of 10 DKP. Whenever some one has 3 Raidstrikes he or she has the possibility to be removed from the guild. Note: Raidstrikes aren't give out fast - mistakes happen. However we do want people to focuss - ninjapulling a boss can happen once - but twice or more simply means a lack of focus.

2. Loot Lock
Loot Lock's are applied to members who choose to apply to other guilds without informing the GM and/or officers. Loot Lock are applied for 2 weeks tho might last longer (depending on if the members has proven himself enough to the guild and officers to recieve loot again). While the Loot Lock is active the member wil not be able to need on any loot.
If the member applies to another guild again he or she is removed from the guild instandly.

Best Regards,
Wildfury Smile
